The Invocation of Demise is the 2007 debut album by Valkyrja, one of the prominent acts from the Swedish black metal scene.

Representing a storming and sinister demonstration of the group’s early intent to create some of the most ferocious and savage black metal of the era, the album was recorded at Necromorbus Studio (Watain, Mayhem), with Tore Stjerna handling production duties.
