Evolution is a long and complex process, which requires several, if not many different phases. Hornwood Fell, from the woods of central Italy, now reach the third landmark in their career, and keep on changing.
Sharp riffs are now mixed with more intricate patterns, the odd psychedelic hints sprout here and there, but what is mostly surprising is a completely new approach to vocals. Spanning from crystal-clean singing in the vein of bands like Novembre, to darker, harsher performances, this new approach brings the band way farther from the Norwegian forests of their beginnings and leads them towards personal, uncharted lands.

MYSTIFIER is an Extreme Underground Metal pioneer from Brazil, formed in July of 1989 by bassist Beelzeebubth. In February of 1992, the hard work had paid off and their debut album "WICCA" was released. Second album ‘Goethia’ was world wide released in 1992. Both albums are considered as cult underground classics in the genre. In 2001 the band released their fourth full-length album entitled "Profanus" on a Brazilian label. The album was soon sold out and much sought-after. Now its re-released on vicrecords with a new booklet design and 3 exclusive bonus tracks.
Eneferens will be typecast as atmospheric black metal protagonists, but theirs is a more complex, nuanced style that embraces not only the epic, Cascadian fare that Wolves in the Throne Room pioneered, but also at times the mournful, heart on the sleeve doom that Patrick Walker has made his own, via Warning and 40 Watt Sun. Guitar lines crush, shimmer and tease in equal measure, while it is scarcely believable that all of the voices, ethereal, growled and haunted originate from the throat of sole protagonist Jori Apedaile – who also plays every instrument on the album.

"V: The Inside Scriptures" is a closing chapter of Aosoth's musical and lyrical concept. Distinctive and downright suffocating, the album shows many differences to "III" & "IV: Arrow In Heart", the two previous full-length releases, especially in terms of atmosphere. The recordings took nearly three years and were interrupted by many events in the personal lives of Bst & MkM. At some point, the album was about to be abandoned and never released.
Dark Symphonies/ The Crypt, ltd 1000, first time officially released on CD. Excruciation?s first official release ?Last Judgment? sold over 15,000 copies and reached Switzerland?s Top 100. Following the release was a successful tour of Switzerland and abroad, as well as becoming the first Swiss metal band to tour in ex-communist Germany. Both esteemed musicians prior have played in The Stone, Borgne, Deathrow, Enoid, and Ophidian Coil. Bornyhake contributed drums, bass, and keyboard samples while Kozeljnik contributed lyrics and vocals. The band was meant to illustrate their idea of what black metal was to them and the darkness within, as well as anti-Christian themes.
