"The Tasmanian melodic black metal group ATRA VETOSUS return with their new EP ‘Even The Dawn No Longer Brings Hope', to be released on 29th January, 2021 by Belgium based label Immortal Frost Productions.
The EP combines aspects of melodic, atmospheric, depressive and post black metal and serves as a sequel to 2018's APRICITY and bridges the gap between APRICITY and the upcoming full length album.
EVEN THE DAWN NO LONGER BRINGS HOPE is a clear and beautiful piece of musical art that interweaves lush, melancholic passages and sweeping, majestic soundscapes spread over 3 memorable and enthralling tracks."

Spiced up with some additional new bonus material, the album has now seen the day of light on CD & DVD housed in a special A5 Digipack with both the CD & DVD version included. Atra Vetosus, The Atmospheric / Melodic Black Metal band from Australia is back with their 3rd full length album after 3 years of silence. Their newest opus entitled: “Undying Splendour” is the follow up of their 2021 EP “Even the Dawn No Longer Brings Hope”.
Compared to the early works of the band, you can hear a solid change in style. Where the band used to lean towards the Melodic Black Metal genre, it is fair to say that since the release of Apricity in 2018 that the band has been evolving and slowly changed their musical direction towards the Atmospheric side of the Black Metal genre.
