This CD reissue features Remete’s debut full length "Into Endless Night" that was previously released through D.’s own label Cold Ways Music in an edition of 500 copies in jewel case, and on vinyl through Northern Silence.
On this album Remete’s music developed from the old school Melancholic Black Metal á la Burzum, Forgotten Woods or Strid of the earlier releases into a more Atmospheric Black Metal terrain that could be described as a mix of Woods of Desolation and Saor.

This CD reissue features the EP "The Winter Silence", previously released through D.’s own label Cold Ways Music in an edition of only 300 copies, alongside the "Forgotten Aura" demo for the first time on CD. On these releases Remete plays Melancholic Black Metal for fans of Burzum, Forgotten Woods, Strid, Ulver and Woods of Desolation.
