It opens the doors to a world that is so unbelievable vast, that you risk to lose yourself in it, its depths defy exegesis. 4 curses are woven into 4 hymns of utter death-magic, which will lead you into the black abyss of the grand divine. The album was again produced by master Arthur Rizk, who cuts through all expectations with extraordinarily dense and destructive fidelity and production. ‘Burning in Celestial Poison’ sounds like created with the magick, formulas, codes and keys of a world beyond.

Zombie Chronicles Vol. 1 is the first full-length chapter of Season of The Dead, a macabre journey into the heart of horror-infused death metal. Conceived as a blood-soaked anthology, the album unfolds like a collection of short horror stories, each track inspired by the grotesque imagery and suffocating atmosphere of cult splatter cinema.

From the suffocating dread of City of the Living Dead to the visceral gore of Zombie 2 and the raw savagery of Cannibal Holocaust, Zombie Chronicles Vol. 1 channels the atmosphere of lost VHS nightmares, translating them into riffs, growls, and pounding rhythms. The result is a record that feels like a horror film soundtrack possessed by the rotten spirit of Necrophagia, Mortician, and Fulci.

Across its running time, the album delivers a relentless assault of death metal brutality, layered with cinematic tension and ritualistic atmospheres. Dual vocal performances, crushing basslines, and necro-sounding guitar work create a soundscape where zombies, decay, and gore come to life in audio form.

This new version of 'Don't Waste Your Time' unifies parts I & II. In addition to the songs that were previously only released on the limited exclusive 'Don't Waste Your Time II' single the release contains new packaging, lyric booklet plus completely new artwork, a drawn implementation of the original cover, by Adam Burke (Nightjar Illustration) which now seamlessly fits into the band's other album artworks (Mana, Strength).
