Blending a perfect mix of the blasphemous nature that is Death Metal with bursts of intricate maze-like passages executed with razor sharp precision, TEMISTO undoubtedly exudes an unspeakable zeal for the obscurity and unworldly.

Produced and engineered by ex-Morbus Chron frontman Robert Andersson with Elias Scharmer (ex-Abduction, ex-Mutilate) and then painstakingly mastered at Necromorbus Studio by Tore Stjerna (Watain, Desultory, Repugnant, etc). Also featuring the gracefully morbid artwork of Obsessed By Cruelty (Enforcer, Sabbat, Wolfbrigade, etc).

"Verses Of Fire's" sound has been carefully manufactured by Andrew Guillotin in Hybreed Studios. Focusing on a more organic side thanks to the use of tube amps and natural drums, the production allows the natural old-school feeling of the band to shine through the whole album. Through ten tracks, lasting about one hour, the band explores a wide spectre of extreme metal: from raging blast beats and thrashing riffs, though haunted mid tempo vibes, and up to the point of band's primal influence - the sinister sounds of early 90's black/death metal.

TERRA are one of the most intangible and enigmatic presences to emerge from within the UK underground music scene in recent times. The Cambridge-based Atmospheric Black metal group formed in 2014 and since have worked dedicatedly to carve an atypical niche for themselves with their uncompromising musicality, seeking to communicate a shared experience of existentialism. 

The band comments: "Für Dich Existiert Das Alles Nicht is the purest example of this bands determination to concentrate all of its unrelenting elements into a pressure vacuum and explode them out into new and unexpected textures that will remain with the listener in a multitude of ways. TERRA have been biding their time; sharpening their claws on the pavement they have dragged themselves through to better utilize a way to gift the most honest statement of intent imaginable."

 Six tracks of extremely intense, well crafted, direct and aggressive Black Metal not unlike the greats such as Katharsis and Funeral Mist, but yet maintaining it’s own identity

Depressive and uplifting; a journey of massive peaks and bottomless caves. Unreqvited’s take on post black metal is one that paints a canvas of musical diversity, with elements of expansive post-rock, tortured dsbm vocals, shimmering blackgaze melodies and grandiose orchestral segments.

With their debut LP “Disquiet”, Unreqvited lays down the foundation for their somber, melancholic sound by using hallmark principles of black metal like torrential blast beats and tremolo sparingly. Instead, opting for emphasis on melodies and synthesizers to invoke thoughts of frozen woodlands and a troubled internal state.
 

Mosaic I might be Unreqvitedʼs most ambitious effort to date. Though only 40 minutes in length, their third LP explores far more hopeful territory, deeply rooted in post-rock and orchestral influences. Apart from the harrowing, tormented shrieking vocals, little to no black metal influences remain from their previous releases. It instead features majestic and hopeful refrains, wonderfully evocative progressions, and angelic, delicate atmospheres. The by-product is a captivating new sound that may be completely unique to the genre.

The first press of the CD comes as Collector’s Edition in Digipack, limited to 1000 copies.

The LP comes on coloured vinyl 199x white, incl. insert.
