Summoned by the enigmatic figure of Nocturnal Call of the Moon ( also in Ithaqua, The Gates of Sinn ) this recording dates back to 2013 where it was self-released to a small circle of individuals on 60 handnumbered copies, and still lies as one of the most well hidden secrets of greek Black Metal.

The atmosphere breading these tracks is deadly serious as each one is considered a key to unlock infinite archetypes within the mind and immerse the listener to a transcendental state of darkness. The long agonizing screams and the cold and distant sound preserve the purity of undefiable energy, demanding only pure devotion to decode it.

Devastating hymns of afflicted souls under the pale moon that fester in agony as they serve the Black Wolf. Full of hypnotic and desolate guitars that call onto a lifeless and depressive atmosphere while being exiled further into darkness by percussive warfare that makes these compositions even more dismal and repulsive in atmosphere. Another addition to the Chilean Black Metal underground scene that has seen it's legions delving into raw old school-inspired hatred with total mastery and undying malice.

Following Trembling Void’s inaugural demo release which offered up 7 tracks of raw, yet melodic black metal, comes the release of the new arrival’s first full-length offering: ‘The Burning Question’. Carrying on in a parallel approach whilst simultaneously refining it, this concoction of trance inducing litany shows no signs of losing the project's signature edge. Listeners will be served 7 anti-psalms which range in style from 2nd wave mainstays to something completely non genre-bound. It is in these unique moments that ‘The Burning Question’ shines bright. Thematically the album follows a soldier of darkness into the Trembling Void where he seeks an answer to the question of his existence. Futility and despair intertwine throughout this opus of bleak hopelessness. Their new studio album will mark the first cooperation between the band from Stockholm and Avantgarde Music, and we thought best to leave frontman Heljarmadr complete freedom to introduce the opus.

Lycaon is our fourth full length album and ever since we started Grá in 2010, we have been striving for constant evolution, to challenge ourselves as musicians and composers with every release.

Where our last album Väsen was extremely intricate and bombastic, with an "all in" approach to keyboards, orchestral parts, acoustic guitars and choir arrangements, Lycaon is heading in the opposite direction. It has fewer layers and with that, every layer needs to be meticulously measured and well thought out to carry the right atmosphere forward.
