Dwarrowdelf is back with their new full length album, Of Dying Lights, delving deeper into the lore of Tolkien. This album contains seven tracks of epic metal, one being a cover of both Sojourner and Summoning melded together into an incredible journey of a song. The German project Knights of Nvrul plays Dungeon Synth, influenced by acts such as Yearner, Inwendt Faerte, Vorvadoss as well as classics like Depressive Silence, Lamentation and Secret Stairways.

Set in the fictional universe of Nvrul, the project’s visual influences range from Jean Giraud to older video games such as Planescape Torment and Morrowind, and the focus lies on recreating the feelings generated by classic video games on the one hand, and Sci Fi/Fantasy on the other.

The 2CD features both full length albums, with the two demos as bonus tracks, thus gathering all currently available material of Knights of Nvrul on one strictly limited CD release.

Finsmoonth was founded as a Melodic Black Metal band in Jakarta, Indonesia, in 2020. The band's musical style is characterized by organic, harmonic atmosphere and spiritualistic intensity, rooted in Black Metal and Post Rock elements. The lyrics are mostly based on poetry, despair, romance, life and psychological themes in an introspective and personal manner. „Affliction“ is their first release.

Arcas was founded as an Atmospheric Black Metal solo-project by Enzo Brettschneider in Heidelberg, Germany, in 2021.

Influenced by artists such as Heretoir, Alcest, Der Weg Einer Freiheit, Veldes and Kauan, the intention of Arcas‘ music is to allow the listener to drift away, experience beautiful landscapes and embark on an emotional journey while listening. To that end the songwriting centers around the contrast of fast and heavy Black Metal parts on the one hand and soft and mellow clean parts on the other.

After several years of building a small home-studio, getting equipment and experimenting with sound, Enzo was able to write, record, mix and master his debut album by himself during several months in 2021.

Wolves’ Winter was formed in 2008 in Buenos Aires, Argentina, to spread the word of the no-light through Qayin’s manifestations. During these past years the band released several EPs through various underground labels before starting to record their first full length album in 2020. It contains 13 tracks that were originally composed in 2011/2012. With this album the band found their identity and will continue to work and worship under the name of death. Musically it should first and foremost appeal to fans of the classic Finnish Black Metal style.

Remornia is a Melodic/Atmospheric Black Metal solo-project founded in 2021 by the 19 year old multi-instrumentalist Xavious from Russia. It is a multifaceted project which covers many different fantasy worlds. This means that throughout its life the concepts and themes that will be covered in the music will constantly change.

Influenced by bands like Woods of Desolation, Mist of Misery, Grima, Alcest and Сруб (Srub) and games such as NieR: Automata with its beautiful soundtrack and aesthetics, „Tales…“ is Xavious‘ first album and apart from the artwork and layout everything was done by him, incl. recording, mix and mastering, which took about half a year during which the album often changed concepts and main ideas.

The final concept took shape during the recording of the last three songs (Scars, Lovely phantasm, Song of the night fae), resulting in an album that tells nine different stories from different fantasy worlds, intertwined into one full-fledged gloomy story. The characters of all songs are depicted on the cover.

As they traverse through the seven portals and beyond, their destiny unfolds under the banner of Urdôl Ur.

Influenced by Epic Black Metal luminaries such as Summoning and Caladan Brood, the music of Urdôl Ur is also highly recommended for fans of these bands as well as Emyn Muil, Forlorn Citadel and similar acts.

Svet is a Hellenic Black Metal solo-project formed in 2018 by Athanasios Papangelis. The name means „Light“ in Russian. Svet's music is mostly atmospheric with melancholic and depressive melodies. The lyrics are based on the spiritual journey of man from darkness to light and towards self-knowledge and freedom, having as main idea the allegory of Plato's cave and the ancient Hellenic philosophy in general.

The Gates play „Magik Metal“, combining their own brilliant interpretation of old school Occult Rock and Psychedelic Metal with additional Black Metal vocals. Visually, they use classic psych imagery such as colourful artwork and magic mushrooms in combination with occult symbols and occasional nods to the Nazisploitation movies of the 70s (which are to be understood as a tribute to old school B-movies and cult flicks and nothing else), while their lyrics also focus on classic forms of occultism and psychedelic experiences.

Seemingly out of nowhere they delivered with "...of Pandemonium" an absolute killer album full of occult hymns that is sure to find many many fans and has the potential to become a real classic.

Outside the relatively new but steadily growing Magick Metal sub-genre the music of The Gates should appeal the most to fans of the old school Occult Rock of Coven, The Devil’s Blood or Year of the Goat as well as occult Heavy Metal such as Mercyful Fate or Ghost and has to be classified as highly addictive!

Valtyr is the second side project by Saverio Giove alias “Nartum”, mastermind behind Emyn Muil and Ymir.

As part of Nartum Art's musical projects, Valtyr represents one of Saverio's journeys through his world and his passion for Norse mythology and sagas. Always a fan of bands like Falkenbach, Moonsorrow and Kampfar, the debut album "Veriset Saagat", originally released in 2011, wanted to pay homage to those artists in a blend of epic folk melodies and black metal riffs.

Jord (Swedish for "Earth") is a Swedish Atmospheric Black Metal solo-project with Blackgaze, Post Metal and Post Rock influences.

The new album „Måne” continues the story from the debut, but where „Sol” spoke about his relationship to Mother Earth and inner growth, „Måne” goes out on a journey to fight the battle and live the life he’s been preparing for. He sold his house, almost everything he owned and just left.

It also has a different structure than the “Sol”, with more synthesizers, strings and clean vocals to capture the journey and all its nuances as much as possible, trying to deliver a feeling of presence in the story. 

Musical inspiration comes from artists like Alcest, Enslaved, Katatonia, Opeth, Emperor, Marduk & The Sisters Of Mercy to name a few.

Bilwis is a Melodic Black Metal solo-project from Germany. The concept of Bilwis comprises old European fairy tales and myths, clothing them in a garment of raw, yet melodic and atmospheric Black Metal with German lyrics - a journey to the world of forgotten dreams, wolves, ghosts, dwarfs, mermaids, trolls, elves, vampires & giants.

A lost forgotten world, Akulon, is brought back to light after the days of old for the listeners to explore. Using the linked map, the listeners may use it to immerse themselves in the various landscapes portrayed in this album. From the same universe as Fathomage's "Necrohermitage of the Emotionally Starved", "Into the Chesfern Wood" brings a different experience to the world of Akulon and its inhabitants.

Remete is the solo-project of D. from Woods of Desolation. This CD reissue features the EP "The Winter Silence", previously released through D.’s own label Cold Ways Music in an edition of only 300 copies, alongside the "Forgotten Aura" demo for the first time on CD. On these releases Remete plays Melancholic Black Metal for fans of Burzum, Forgotten Woods, Strid, Ulver and Woods of Desolation.

Los Males Del Mundo combines today's modern Black Metal sound with late 90's melodic Black Metal, with lyrics deeply influenced by Friedrich Nietzsche, Emil Cioran and A. Schopenhauer.

The band was first created in 2016 as a project between Dany Tee (Acathexis, Downfall of Nur) and Cristian Yans. Nikita Kamprad (Der Weg Einer Freiheit) later joined as a producer and guest musician.

In October 2020 a promotional self-titled EP with two tracks was released through Bandcamp.

Their first full length album, “Descent Towards Death,” containing 5 tracks of 40 minutes length, is an invitation to a conceptual journey, dragging the listener into the darkest and remotest places of the human soul. It reflects an internal battle, expressed as changes between aggressive and furious passages on the one hand, and dense and introspective landscapes full of melancholic melodies on the other.

Formed as a secretive solo project in 2013 in the Isle of Wight to express feelings of isolation, introspection and esoteric emotions, Ethereal Shroud practices black metal with challenging song structures and lengths. The songs are cinematic, engaging with melodic riffs and hugely atmospheric soundscapes with layers that unravel with close listening, repeating motifs and progressive undertones that revel in subtlety as opposed to showy displays. They show to you only as much as you put in, rewarding you for dedication - created entirely by himself in isolation.

Trisagion continues this trend with more investment in production, more aggression, tighter performances and more emphasis on challenging songwriting. Lyrically focussing on resentment to fascism, esoteric emotions towards a world crumbling to its own cycle of greed and destruction and a response to personal traumas. Trisagion is an unrepenting album that pulls no punches, unforgivingly unaccessible in its presentation that unravels only as much as you're willing to dedicate to it. Joseph Hawker's new vision was assisted by incredible musicians for the first time. This is Black Metal for those who wish to get entirely invested and lost in its deep, introspective layers of resentment and guilt.

Autumn Nostalgie was formed back in 2010 from the ashes of the Dark Ambient project "Fekete Erdő" as a one-man band. For ten years almost nothing had been released, up until 2020 when the debut album „Esse Est Percipi” came out, receiving excellent feedback from fans and critics alike.

The sophomore album „Ataraxia” is ideologically a continuation of the debut, although it tries to interpret the raised philosophical and metaphysical problems from other points of view. Musically, it is closest to Atmospheric / Post Black Metal

Lunar Spells is a new entity with members from the Greek Black Metal scene. This is their first EP. For fans of Satanic Warmaster, The True Werewolf, Departure Chandelier, Drowning The Light.

Influenced by bands such as Caladan Brood, Elderwind, Saor and Gallowbraid, Cân Bardd was founded in 2016 as a one‐man project by then 18 year old Malo Civelli from Switzerland, with the purpose of creating an outlet for his feelings and ideas that would be at once heavy and aggressive, yet also melodic and atmospheric. Dylan Watson later joined him as permanent drummer. With the first two albums Cân Bardd already managed to enthrall a lot of fans in the Atmospheric Black Metal community, and with “Devoured by the Oak” the band set their sights even higher. The goal was to create a perfect blend of the strengths of the first two albums ‐ the ambience, textures and atmosphere of the debut, and the composition and quality of the sophomore album, culminating in a more mature sound and a more intense experience for the listener. To reach that goal the band once again teamed up with Vladimir Cochet as producer and asked the painter Michael Handt to create a very unique oil painting for the cover.

Depressive Black Metal outfit Ghost Bath return from touring Europe and North America in support of Starmourner (2017) and the vice-like grip of the pandemic with striking new album, Self Loather. In many ways, Self Loather, the group’s 4th album, represents Ghost Bath’s forward trajectory (musical) and continued exploration of antipathy of the self (lyrical), but unlike any album before it and as the final piece in the Moonlover-Starmourner-Self Loather triptych, it’s the group’s most destructive yet contemplative record to date. While that might have something to do with everyone contributing - though founding member Dennis Mikula remains the visionary core - the unquestionable allure of Self Loather is its songs. From the raw strength of opening track “Convince Me to Bleed” and the melancholy of the strings/piano-driven “Sanguine Mask” to the grandiose horror of “Hide from the Sun” and the slow-burn groove of “Unbearable,” this is Ghost Bath at their creative best
