The Atmospheric Black Metal project Autrest hails from the mountainous region of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. Founded as a solo-project in the winter of 2022, the debut album was written, recorded and produced between September 2022 and January 2023.
Autrest draws inspiration from nature, incorporating the sounds of the forests and mountains into its music to create an immersive experience. Influenced by bands such as Cân Bardd, Saor, Caladan Brood, Elderwind and Eldamar, Autrest creates powerful and introspective, nature-themed music that transports listeners to a world of misty forests and icy peaks where each song becomes new a journey.
Gatefold, incl. A2 poster, logo sticker & download. Limited re-press of 300 copies on black vinyl.
Influenced by bands such as Caladan Brood, Elderwind, Saor and Gallowbraid, Cân Bardd was founded in 2016 as a one‐man project by then 18 year old Malo Civelli from Switzerland, with the purpose of creating an outlet for his feelings and ideas that would be at once heavy and aggressive, yet also melodic and atmospheric. Dylan Watson later joined him as permanent drummer. With the first two albums Cân Bardd already managed to enthrall a lot of fans in the Atmospheric Black Metal community, and with “Devoured by the Oak” the band set their sights even higher. The goal was to create a perfect blend of the strengths of the first two albums ‐ the ambience, textures and atmosphere of the debut, and the composition and quality of the sophomore album, culminating in a more mature sound and a more intense experience for the listener. To reach that goal the band once again teamed up with Vladimir Cochet as producer and asked the painter Michael Handt to create a very unique oil painting for the cover.

"Provenance of Cruelty" is the second album of Mactätus, originally released by Napalm Records in late 1998. At the time of its release the hype for Scandinavian Black Metal in general and Symphonic and Melodic Black Metal in particular was already declining, following milestones such as Emperor's "In the Nightside Eclipse", Dimmu Borgir's "Stormblåst", Mörk Gryning's "Tusen år har gått", Gehenna's "Second Spell" or Limbonic Art's "Moon in the Scorpio". The result was that at the time of their release in late 1998 equally brilliant Symphonic Black Metal albums such as Odium's "The Sad Realm of the Stars" or Mactätus' "Provenance of Cruelty" were not as appreciated by a majority of fans as the earlier classics before them and remained a bit obscure and underrated for quite some time. While that changed later for Odium's debut album when it gained the underground cult status it deserves, "Provenance of Cruelty" somewhat suffered from the added drawback of being released by a label that at the time was already more focused on Gothic Metal, and also not necessarily one of the "cult" labels of the time. This, however, is definitely an album that belongs in every Symphonic or Melodic Black Metal collection and fans of the aforementioned albums should definitely check it out if they don't know it yet!

This work of somber yet savage lycanthropy springs from the dark mind of Balam, best known for Pestilential Shadows. Rift first tentatively bayed at the moon in 2006 with the EP, ‘Eyes of the Basilisk’. Soon after in 2007, ‘To Quench the Thirst of Wolves’ was recorded but Rift lay like the beast, sleeping in the shadows – waiting for the lunar call to awaken in 2021 and finally be completed with the addition of vocals by A.S (Order of Orias). Now a duo, Rift is a beast that bares its jaws to the night sky with a sublime, seductive splendor; a howling madrigal of supremely epic and atmospheric, melodic Black Metal that ebbs and flows with a brooding menace while the vocals of A.S unleash a wolven savagery that simmers with a primal urge for blood. All framed by a somber tenebrous dusk, so evocative of the night, which blooms with magnificent full moon splendor as choral passages swell and soar, while atmospheric interludes beckon the darkest spectres and most unholy lusts that linger in the night while Rift thematically delves into the supernatural world, predominately lycanthropy and the legend of the werewolf.

Ser is the project that eventually developed into the Depressive Black Metal cult act Sadness. As the definitive highlight in the project's history, "In Fade of Memories" is both an epic and monumental creation of Depressive Black Metal and Dark Ambient/Dungeon Synth as well as a very noteworthy release in the prolific artist's entire discography. In his own words: "This is the most important album to me of everything I've done."

Svet is a Hellenic Black Metal solo-project formed in 2018 by Athanasios Papangelis. The name means „Light“ in Russian. Svet's music is mostly atmospheric with melancholic and depressive melodies. The lyrics are based on the spiritual journey of man from darkness to light and towards self-knowledge and freedom, having as main idea the allegory of Plato's cave and the ancient Hellenic philosophy in general.

Cineastre is a German Black Metal and Dark Folk project that was brought to life in 2018 by Wintergeist. The lyrics deal with themes of romanticism - longing, nature-mysticism and folklore. It is music meant to touch the soul, reaching to depict the beauty of poetry, dark woodland and the scents of nature. After two demos, three split-releases and four years of work Cineastre signed to Northern Silence Productions, and the band finally reveals their first selftitled debut album.
The Cromworx debut album contains previously unreleased early keyboard attempts (he really calls them attempts!!) of the Orkrist keyboard player. Out of these compositions some songs were adapted for Crom's primary band Orkrist ("Sword and Sorcery" - album "Reginae Mysterium” 2002 "The Fall of Gil-Galad" and "Grond" - album "Grond" 2003, "Where the Knights Sleep, Undying" - album "Artefacts of Life" 2020).
The songs from the original Cromworx set remained untouched for 22 years and were authentically recorded only in 2022, on a keyboard with 1.44" floppy disc mechanism and no professional production in any studio. Apart from minor re-arrangements and a few added vocals the songs remain in their original form.
Collector's Edition in 4-panel digipack with 12-page booklet, limited to 500 copies.
Skratte was founded as a solo-project by Hevnbrann in 2012 in order to materialize his musical vision. Inspired by the coldness and brutality of Norwegian Black Metal as well as the characteristic versatility and harmonious playing of the French, Skratte combines the most diverse elements and motives in its distinct sounds.
While “Akt I” still had more of a classic, melodic Black Metal orientation with Folk elements, Hevnbrann allows “Akt II” to rise up against the boundaries of conventional Folk Black Metal, often crossing them and merging furious Black Metal with epic male vocals, Gothic Rock reminiscences, monumental acoustic arrangements and melancholic violins into a totally unique soundscape that reaches out to listeners and then draws them in relentlessly.
Thematically, “Akt II” gives a voice to the nature spirits and accompanies them on an emotional journey that takes them ever onwards, struggling and striving against the turmoil of today’s world.
Includes a 2-sided A3 poster and download, Yellow vinyl with red splatter.
"The Candlelight Tomes" is the next album that reveals the new map installment in Gelure's world, Vrodonoth. Journey with the Secluded Wizard through this newly uncovered territory as he maps this world of ancient magick, deep mystical forests and glorious saga-engraved dwarven fortresses.
The continent of Vrodonoth has several species living on it, primarily the races of Men, Dwarves and Halflings. Situated just to the east of Akûlon, listeners may observe both maps of Akûlon and Vrodonoth (each included with the respective DigiCD) and journey through this vibrant world with the music painting each step of the way.
Follow the Secluded Wizard as he shares his tome-bound knowledge with the listener; travelling through candlelit dungeons, frosted ice meadows, vibrant deep-oaken woodlands, ancient bygone halls, withered ruins and much more.
Comes with etched b-side, printed innersleeve, logo sticker & download, Red/bone swirl vinyl.
