Eternal is the third album from Scottish Celtic Metal project Ruadh. This album was designed to be Tom’s version of the 4 seasons by Antonio Vivaldi but focusing on the celebrations that mark the turning of the wheel of the year and their Pagan origins. It pays tribute to the timeless traditions that have survived however changed by modern times and is designed to celebrate our roots in these customs.
The goal of this album was to create a consistent concept that would serve for this one release, this is by very definition a Concept album which is intended to be listened to from start to finish, it won’t be an easy one to pick up and listen to a track it’s designed to be more of a journey. For fans of Bathory, Saor, Atlantean Kodex.
Comes in gatefold cover, incl. two exclusive vinyl bonus tracks, limited to 199 copies on single malt vinyl.
Ruadh's sophomore album contains six tracks of epic, Scottish Atmospheric Black Metal with Folk elements that are massive in both scope and scale, taking you through the Iron Ages in Scotland. It also explores the history and mythology of the people of Scotland, conveying both sorrow and uplifting, almost heroic tones.
‘The Rock of the Clyde’ is an evolution from their debut album ‘Sovereign’. It has a much more melodic feel, yet has more visceral elements too.
Ruadh mastermind Tom Perrett, hailing from Rutherglen (also known as the red glen) in the central belt of Scotland, looks to forge a sound akin to the classics he has always enjoyed, such as Bathory, Burzum, Windir and Emperor. However, Ruadh’s sound will also appeal to fans of newer Atmospheric Black Metal bands such as Saor, Winterfylleth and Panopticon.

Third full-length album from one-man Scottish Atmospheric Celtic Metal
project Saor.
Recorded over two years in Cairndow and the Isle of Skye, the new release contains five majestic new tracks
with a playing time of just under an hour. Musically it carries on where "Aura" left off, weaving together
intelligently-crafted guitar riffs, soaring folk melodies and stirring string sections, taking you on a journey
throughout the majestic, mist-covered Highland landscapes.
As well as being inspired by nature, the album takes influence from various traditional Scottish poems
which cover a range of themes such as ancient battles, cultural heritage and sorrow.

On their second full-length album, the russian four-piece band VARHARA steers toward a radical change in style compared to their debut “Осы“ (2021). While firmly rooted in the dense and contemplative post-black stylized by russian bands such as SOMN, Rozh and Olhava, “Пустоцвет” (Voidflower) is filled with gothic-doom overtones, balancing on the dreamy, light and heavier sides of black metal. Full of sorrow and of hope, escapism from a reality too bleak to be accepted.

An underground brutal death metal demo grail finally unearthed after twenty-five years rotting, 20 Buck Spin presents Prelude To Obscurity! Hailing from Wisconsin in the shadow of the Milwaukee Metal Fest, Embalm formed in 1995 while in high school in the era of Ablated Records, Frozen Dawn CD compilations and IllNoiz Death Fest to name a few. Embalm created truly memorable grooves of mid-paced, catchy, and brutal-as-hell Midwest death metal, also including the customary influence of Swedish death metal and even touches of Dissection-style harmony, setting this demo apart from any forced retro nostalgia. Despite staying local, Embalm was a part of a larger network and held their own supporting bands like Rotted, Internal Bleeding and Incantation. While this collection focuses on the masterwork and tragic final demo aptly titled Prelude To Obscurity, sicko freaks will be treated to the literally impossible to obtain first Demo ’95 as well, showing the most evil and grim basement necro recordings that, while primitive and cruel, still hold minimalistic memory of true underground demo cassette culture. Also included in a rare find are the two final live tracks that sadly never made it to the studio, written after Prelude and showing the band’s insane dual vocal / multi-lingual genius for darkness, slam and tortured leads. Painstakingly remastered from original DAT and cassette tapes by Arthur Rizk, the collection includes a massive time capsule booklet of flyers, ephemera, zine reviews, and live photos from the bygone glory days of true brutal death metal! A guidepost for any new band looking for a glimpse of time tested ‘brutal stuff’. A first time co-release between two modern underground titans, 20 Buck Spin and Hospital Productions.
• Reissue of obscure Midwestern demo brutality from the ‘90s
• Includes massive 24-page booklet of flyers, old artwork, zine reviews etc
• Remastered by Arthur Rizk
• Includes a bandcamp download card
• First time co-release between 20 Buck Spin and Hospital Productions
• For fans of Fleshgrind, Deaden, Broken Hope, Dissection, Witch Vomit, Torture Rack
Since their inception in 2010, Grá has relentlessly worked to shape their music to be both a perfect example of Swedish black metal and a very personal interpretation of its classic sound. Their new studio album will mark the first cooperation between the band from Stockholm and Avantgarde Music, and we thought best to leave frontman Heljarmadr complete freedom to introduce the opus.
Lycaon is our fourth full length album and ever since we started Grá in 2010, we have been striving for constant evolution, to challenge ourselves as musicians and composers with every release.
Where our last album Väsen was extremely intricate and bombastic, with an "all in" approach to keyboards, orchestral parts, acoustic guitars and choir arrangements, Lycaon is heading in the opposite direction. It has fewer layers and with that, every layer needs to be meticulously measured and well thought out to carry the right atmosphere forward.
