Profetus - The Sadness of Time Passing (New Full Album) Profetus was formed under the heavy snows of Tampere, Finland in 2006, to perform solemn and mournful, crushing and captivating Funeral Doom - brought to existence by A. Mäkinen & S. Kujansuu. The musical idea was to bring forth their musical love for old Doom Metal and especially to affine the funeral ambience of classic Finnish Funeral Doom acts like Thergothon, Unholy and Skepticism. As a leading frame of their future work, they decided to create the sound without bass guitar and replaced it with organ which would give a monotonous and more majestic background to their slow march. Highly acclaimed by the followers of the funeral cult. The Sadness Of Time Passing is the third full-length studio album by the Finnish band, and is worth every single day of the five long years its creation took. Profetus's third studio album is a concept about time and mortality, a collection of bleak compositions to raise the awareness that everything is transient, all is impermanent. To express such idea, The Sadness Of Time Passing can be linked to the Japanese concept "mono no aware", and such link to the far east is sealed by its cover. The painting by Yuka Yoshihara, talented contemporary Japanese painter, was made using 19th century colors and old Japanese painting techniques to resemble a Finnish romantic, XVII century painting. The Sadness Of Time Passing was composed along a five-year span, a period which carried great personal losses for Mäkinen. Eventually, Profetus locked the door of their own studio, a wooden lodge in the middle of the Finnish woods, and recorded the album as a whole during one week only, in early 2018. The studio, said to be haunted by the spirits of the woods, gave a natural sound to the recordings.

OCULUS was spawned from the mind of Nero and then perfected by the minds of both Kozeljnik and Bornyhake. Both esteemed musicians prior have played in The Stone, Borgne, Deathrow, Enoid, and Ophidian Coil. Bornyhake contributed drums, bass, and keyboard samples while Kozeljnik contributed lyrics and vocals. The band was meant to illustrate their idea of what black metal was to them and the darkness within, as well as anti-Christian themes.

Recitations started work on what would become "the First of the Listeners" in late 2015, after ideas and thoughts had built up and been discussed between the members for quite some time.
The aim was to create unpretentious dark music in an experimental exploration of both unusual harmonies and patterns, as well as lyrical content, and this is what can be heard in its initial steps on this recording.
The band consists of members from more or less known bands to the underground of Black and Death Metal, but wants to keep focus on the musical and ideological aspects instead of participating in the cult of persona, though without any pompous focus on anonimity for the sake of it.

Debut digital recording for Spain's cryptic collective Black Earth that continues the path laid down by 2014's well received "A Cryptic Howl of Morbid Truth" cassette (Graceless Recordings). "Diagrams of a Hidden Order" presents us with three tracks showcasing their turbulent strain of blackened noise, that stretches the boundaries of black metal, death metal and dark ambient respectively, thus amplifying these genres into darker territory few have explored. Within the turbulence of chaos and bleakness, there exists fleeting form and (un)structure that is shattered and rebuilt over and over again; measured percussion, whispered incantations, and sudden outbursts of unseen violence. Cold Fell is a Black Metal band from Manchester, England, named after a mountain in the Northern Pennines. Their music reflects the outsider spirit and abrasive landscape of the North of England, from the weekend violence of dying satellite towns to the grimy back alleys and decaying industrial follies of the cities.
