Hardcore thrashers insisting that Assassin´s two early demos were superior to the re-recordings of the very same songs that ended up on the band´s debut album The Upcoming Terror might have a point. When the first tape Holy Terror started to circulate at the beginning of 1986, it not only put Düsseldorf on the map of German extreme metal but was also an instant classic of Teutonic steel because the quintet married instinctive ferocity with an already impressive degree of musicality.
Transparent ultra clear/ red splatter vinyl, ltd 200, insert printed on uncoated paper, 350gsm cover with inside out print, Original tape transfer, audio restoration and mastering by Patrick W. Engel at TEMPLE OF DISHARMONY in August 2020.
Considering that The Saga of Nemesis came out in April 1986, meaning just about three months after Assassin´s debut demo Holy Terror, the group had taken a big leap forward – not least regarding its production values, making the four songs plus intro an abrasion-proof set of thrash from a time when the German scene was maturing at a frantic pace.
Atter Igjen Kommer Mørket Krypende translates to ‘yet again the darkness comes crawling', and what better timing to launch this project as we write November 25th, winter is coming, the plague is threatening all sense of universal order, and we here in Norway are entering 24/7 darkness for months on end.
SYNING represents these times perfectly in their all-consuming bleakness and despair. Haunting and hopeless Black Metal performed by Cernunnus (Manii/Manes), Levninger (Knokkelklang) and V.Einride (Whoredom Rife), and needless to say, this is a Terratur Possessions related project that came together naturally through each others respective projects previously released by this label.
The result? Something different, yet hauntingly familiar. From the raging opening track Atter Igjen Kommer Mørket Krypende, to the slower, doomy Et Siste Skrik ('One Final Scream'), ending with the absolutely mezmerising track Fortapt, the project takes you on a ride towards the apocalypse and whatever lies beyond.

Following the concept of their first journey Meteahna Timpurilor, released via Avantgarde Music in 2019, Sur Austru is ready to present to you its natural follow up, their latest ritual called Obârşie. The band born from the ashes of beloved Negură Bunget is once again ready to take you to a trip through the endless forests of Romania and southern Carpathia with their ritualistic blend of black metal and local folklore.
With Obârşie, Sur Austru is opening new gates and sacred structures, developing the sound of the previous album and adding more layers of sounds, beautiful voices and choirs, massive sound walls, gloomy atmospheres, epic blast-beats as well as sacred traditional instruments, all in one single concept album. Obârşie is the Romanian word representing the concepts of origin, descent and source, whether it is the source of water in the mountains or an initiation ceremony.
You may want to add one copy of Sur Austru debut CD "Meteahna Timpurilor" now in special offer with the new album's preorder for only 5.00€ (click here to add "metehana.." digi CD)
Often regarded as the first BEHERIT album, The Oath of Black Blood is a compilation of Beherit’s Demonomancy demo and the Dawn of Satan’s Millennium EP, both of which were originally released in 1990. Beherit never intended for these recordings to be released as a compilation LP; a dispute with their label, Turbo Music, resulted in the label’s unilateral decision to compile the earlier recordings rather than wait for a proper album of new material, as Beherit intended. Nevertheless, for many people, The Oath of Black Blood was their introduction to Beherit, causing many to assume it was recorded as a proper album. Both Demonomancy and Dawn of Satan’s Millennium represent inflection points in Beherit’s evolution. Picture LP with clear rim and a photo of Nuclear Holocausto on side B. Housed in 3mm jackets printed on thick cardstock. Includes 12" insert and 24"x24" poster of the cover art.

Concise melodies, sinister vocals and harsh tones as usual - these are just three things one has to expect on the new studio album of Beltez. Hailing from Germanys Rhineland area, the Band intensively explored the topic of death four years ago on their previous record "Tod, Part 1". Now they developed this concept further following Wayne Barlowes novel "God's Demon".
With ,,Exiled, Punished...Rejected" they took up Barlowes atmosphere, which death, intrigues and dying akin to classical literature and ancient Greek mythologies and managed to form it into a musical epic.
